Founders
Operations
Senior operations leadership at State Street, supporting investment managers across Europe and the US. Earlier career spans the trading desk of a Morgan Stanley Investment Management hedge fund and derivatives middle office at a global investment bank. More recently, senior operations roles in digital assets and asset management.
Technology & transformation
Senior technology leadership at Swedbank and Handelsbanken, including group-level API and cloud strategy. Began in financial systems across asset management, brokerage and private banking, leading infrastructure and core trading-system migrations. Co-founded a venture-backed technology company, raising $30M and scaling it to more than 100 people, then held COO and regional leadership roles at fintech businesses.
AI engineering
Led global AI engineering teams at IBM across Europe, the Americas and Asia, building production AI for asset-intensive, safety-critical industries — environments where errors are expensive and every output must be explainable.
How we're building
Addetto is being built in close partnership with a small group of investment managers, inside their controls and under confidentiality. We're deliberately working with only a few partners at this stage, so that every part of the platform is shaped by practitioners before it is offered more widely. We're not taking on new design partners at the moment.
Design partners shape what we build, using their own operations as the test.
We don't name our partners or discuss their work. We'd extend you the same discretion.
We widen access as the platform proves itself inside regulated operations.
For the same reason, we keep a low profile. We introduce our founders — and share references — personally, in conversation.
Engineering
We're adding senior engineers and engineering leaders who want to build AI that a supervised institution can trust: verification before automation, evidence by default, isolation and auditability designed in from the start. Dublin, Stockholm or remote within Europe.
