Build what investment operations runs on.

You'll

• Own the platform architecture, from data ingestion through evidence, verification and audit
• Set engineering standards for security, testing, observability and documentation
• Design for deployment inside clients' own cloud environments
• Work directly with the founders and design partners on what gets built next
• Help build and lead the engineering team as we grow

You bring

• Significant experience designing and running production systems, ideally in financial services or another regulated industry
• Deep experience with enterprise cloud architecture and security
• Hands-on experience taking LLM-based applications into production
• Good judgement about where AI belongs — and where it doesn't

You'll

• Deploy and configure Addetto inside client environments
• Connect to client data sources and build the checks for each process
• Work side by side with operations teams to take pilots into production
• Bring what you learn in the field back into the core platform

You bring

• Strong software engineering skills, with data integration experience
• Confidence working directly with client teams
• Familiarity with investment data — positions, transactions, pricing, reference data — is a strong plus
• Experience building with LLMs is a plus

You'll

• Map operational processes with client experts — inputs, controls, exceptions and sign-off
• Turn procedures and expert judgement into verification rules and test cases
• Validate platform outputs against expected results and edge cases
• Help shape the reviewer experience for operations teams

You bring

• Several years in investment operations, fund administration, fund accounting or middle office
• Strong data skills — advanced Excel at a minimum; SQL or Python a plus
• Precision, healthy scepticism, and the confidence to explain an exception to a senior stakeholder
